would absolutely stay here again

Very clean twin room with new carpet. Enjoyed the electric kettle and flat-screen TV. Comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep after event. Bath and shower facilities in the private bathroom were just what we needed. Helped by the nice host when we asked for extra towels. Easy bus access to Leeds right outside.

was pleasantly surprised at the accomadation for the price. rooms were basic but clean n comfy. really easy to get to with public transport, bus stop right outside. also, guy working there was super friendly n helpful. clean sheets n tea/coffee facilities were a nice touch.

only complaint was that it doesnt offer breakfast, and the decor is a bit tired.
